Production Notes Yeasts: Primarily Be-Fruits | Temperature: 55 - 60⁰F
Winemaker Notes 80% Dechaunac, 6% Cayuga White, 5% Vignoles, 4% Rose of Saperavi, 3% Valvin Muscat and 2% Siegerrebe
Food Pairing Notes The crisp, dry wine has a lively finish that would pair well with poultry, ham, roasted squash or soft cheeses.
