
Jazz Greats at Glenora has been a summer tradition since 1983, when Maynard Ferguson and Woody Herman kicked off the first concert on the Vineyard Stage. Set overlooking Seneca Lake and surrounded by vineyards, the series brings world-class jazz to Glenora Wine Cellars every year on the third Sunday in July and August.
Over the past 40+ years, legends like Dave Brubeck, Chuck Mangione, Branford Marsalis, Bela Fleck, Spyro Gyra, Chris Botti, Yellowjackets, and many more have graced the stage. From iconic horn sections to smooth contemporary grooves, Jazz Greats at Glenora continues to celebrate the best in jazz with unforgettable summer nights in the Finger Lakes.

Two dynamic saxmen take the Glenora Vineyard Stage! Michael Lington continues to captivate audiences more than 25 years into his celebrated career, blending smooth jazz, soul, and pop with unmistakable energy and style. The Danish-born hitmaker recently made Billboard Smooth Jazz history with “South Bay,” one of the chart’s longest-running #1 singles. Joining him is Paul Taylor, a contemporary jazz icon with a remarkable string of Billboard #1 hits and 13 acclaimed albums. Known for his soulful, groove-driven sound and signature tone, Taylor’s career includes collaborations with Regina Belle, Peabo Bryson, Keiko Matsui, and The Rippingtons, solidifying his place as one of contemporary jazz’s most respected voices.

Named by Jazziz Magazine as “one of the most exciting artists to emerge this past decade,” Vincent has become a standout force in contemporary jazz, earning eleven #1 Billboard hits and twenty-three Top 10 singles. Known for his dynamic live performances and strong audience connection, he blends the influence of classic R&B, funk, and soul with crisp grooves, soaring sax lines, and melodic hooks, delivering an energetic, genre-crossing live experience that showcases his multi-instrumental talent and signature sound.
