Dosage your own Sparkling Wine
December 13, 2025Join us for an interactive Dosage Your Own Sparkling Wine Experience, led by our Winemaker Edward Miller. Discover how sugar levels influence flavor, texture, and style as you craft your own custom sparkling wine blend to cork and take home. Your private experience continues into the cellar, where you’ll don an apron and take part in the final steps of traditional-method winemaking: Disgorge (removing the yeast) and Dosage (adding in sweetness).
Appointments run hourly from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and fill quickly. Please inquire about availability.
