Dosage your own Sparkling Wine

A unique opportunity to create individual bottles of sparkling wine. You'll begin with a sparkling tasting, narrowing in on what you'd like to see in your bottle. You'll then move to the cellar, where you'll disgorge your wine and dosage - you'll decide the sweetness level of your bubbles. Your experience will be guided by our esteemed winemaker, Edward Miller, and assistant winemaker Emily Doi.

Appointments run every hour from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Each appointment is private - simply your group and Glenora staff. This allows for proper social distancing and a safe, exclusive experience. Maximum of six people per party.

$25 per bottle

*Reservations are required and there is a 6-bottle minimum per person.
